OUR ADMISSIONS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Five 0’Levels, credit or better including English, Mathematics and any other three subjects
Photocopy of National Registration Card (NRC)/Passport for non-Zambian citizens.

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

Completed application forms accompanied by copies of relevant documents, deposit slip of non-refundable application fee of K100.00 should be brought to the University or sent to admissions.egu@gmail.com

APPLICATION FEE FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES: K100.00

Admission based on Transfer of Credit and Advancement to First Degree

Candidate must possess 5 ‘O’ Levels including English, Mathematics and any other three Subjects
Candidate must possess a Diploma in relevant field from a recognised institution (if advancing)
Candidate must produce transcripts of all examinations for screening
Candidate must have scored not less than 45% in courses applied for exemption
Candidate must pay exemption fee of K300.00 per course for each course candidate wishes to be exempted of
If on transfer, candidate must present proof of courses done for screening and must be graded based on the university pass mark (50%) or minimum of not less than (45%)

Admission for Postgraduate Studies

POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES

An applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree from Evergrace University or an equivalent of qualification from a recognised University.

MASTER’S PROGRAMMES

An applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree with credit or better from Evergrace University or an equivalent qualification from a recognised University.

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY PROGRAMMES:

An applicant must possess a Master’s degree in the relevant field from Evergrace University or its equivalent from any other recognised University. Relevant work experience, if any, would be an advantage
