All you need to qualify for scholarship is a letter of recommendation from your religious or civic leader or the welfare society, stating why scholarship should be granted to you.

You would also like to know that scholarships are only effected on Tuition and examination fees and are not applicable to Undergraduate Programmes and Postgraduate Programmes.

Where is Evergrace University found?

For local candidates, all you need is a Grade Twelve Certificate (or G.C.E) with 5'O Levels, credit or better including English, Mathematics and a Science, and photocopy of your National Registration Card

For International candidates, all you need is a Secondary School Certificate equivalent to the Zambian standard, verified by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA), and a study permit (which the University helps to facilitate), and your Passport Number.

How many intakes does Evergrace University have in a year?

We have two intakes every year. January Intake and June-July intake. all programmes both undergraduate and Postgraduate are available to be applied for in both intakes. We do this to give opportunities to everyone to get admitted into university at any time of the year.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and Open and Distance Learning (modes of study).

All our study modes are systematically arranged to cater for in-service candidates and those that are working. For part-time, personal time-tables are created to suit their time and needs.
